Ethics of Author
1. Authors must certify that the submitted article is new, has never been published before, and is not in the process of being considered for publication in other journals.
2. Authors should carefully check the sources of referenced documents, including the use of language in the article, which is the responsibility of the author.

Ethics of Editors

Ethics of Reviewers

2. The article reviewer must evaluate the article without bias and without any other hidden intentions. Articles must be considered based on academic principles and reasons.
3. Article assessors must not have conflicts of interest with the authors and must not seek benefits from the academic work that they have assessed. If article assessors have conflicts of interest with the authors, they must inform the journal editor and refuse to assess the article.
4. Article assessors should assess articles in their fields of expertise and must be able to provide useful comments and suggestions for improving the article, with the quality of the article as the primary consideration.
5. Article assessors must inform the editor if they find that any part of the article is plagiarized or duplicates the work of others.
6. Article assessors must maintain the article assessment period within the specified time frame.
