Types of Published Articles
- Research articles: Original research findings in nanoscience and nanotechnology related to the fields of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Material science and engineering are considered. Research articles should provide a specific research question or hypothesis and involve conducting experiments, methodology, a clear and concise result, and a discussion of the research findings. The articles should also include conclusions, implications, and contributions of their research findings to the relevant field of study.
- Review articles: Comprehensive reviews on topics related to nanoscience and nanotechnology in the fields of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Material science and engineering are considered. Review articles should critically analyze a specific topic and summarize the up-to-date literature. Furthermore, knowledge gaps and recommendations for future research directions should be identified.
All published articles in Thai Journal of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology should be based on rigorous and ethical research and adhere to the highest scientific integrity standards. Submitting articles that present innovative and original research and contribute to developing new theories, methodologies, and techniques is encouraged.
Publication Frequency
The Thai Journal of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (TJNN) publishes 2 issues per year.
- Issue 1 (January - June)
- Issue 2 (July - December)
Language
All manuscripts must be submitted in English. Clear and concise language and adherence to proper grammar and spelling are encouraged.
Publication Fee
No Page Charge.
There is no fee or page charge for manuscript submission and publishing materials. All articles published can be freely downloaded from the journal website (open access).
Editorial Policy
Review and research papers will be judged for publication on the basis of evaluation by independent reviewers. Such articles include substantial supported theories, innovative work, substantial experimental results, useful and constructive discussion, and review articles in the fields of nanoscience and nanotechnology. An electronic journal is provided on the website (https://ph05.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/TJNN). The Editors reserve the right to require revision of the submitted manuscript as a condition for final acceptance.
The institute and the editorial board claim no responsibility for the contents or views expressed by the authors of individual articles. Copying is allowed if acknowledgment is made. All articles submitted for publication will be assessed by a group of distinguished reviewers.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge and ideas.
Peer Review
This journal uses a double-blind review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process. To facilitate this policy, authors need to ensure that their manuscripts are prepared in a way that follows our author's guidelines. Editors may exclude authors detail before review process begin.
