การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพสายการผลิตโดยใช้นวัตนกรรมเทคนิคการผลิตแบบลีน กรณีศึกษา : กระบวนการเย็บกางเกง

บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหากระบวนการเย็บกางเกง ซึ่งพบความสูญเปล่าใช้เวลาเกินความจำเป็น และมีขั้นตอนซ้ำซ้อน ส่งผลให้ต้นทุนสูงและประสิทธิภาพต่ำ การวิจัยดำเนินการโดยเก็บข้อมูลขั้นตอนการทำงาน ระยะทาง และเวลา วิเคราะห์สาเหตุด้วยแผนผังก้างปลา (Fishbone Diagram) และหลัก 5W1H จากนั้นประยุกต์ใช้หลักการ ECRS ร่วมกับแผนภูมิการไหล (Flow Process Chart: FPC) เพื่อปรับปรุงและเปรียบเทียบก่อน–หลัง ผลการวิจัยพบว่าขั้นตอนการผลิตลดลงจาก 20 เหลือ 16 ขั้นตอน (20%) ระยะทางลดลงจาก 56 เหลือ 43 เมตร (23.21%) และเวลาในการผลิตลดลงจาก 2,804 เหลือ 2,491 วินาที (11.17%) สะท้อนถึงการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพได้อย่างชัดเจน โดยสรุปการใช้ Fishbone Diagram, 5W1H และ ECRS ร่วมกับ FPC สามารถลดความสูญเปล่าและยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการผลิตได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผล และสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้กับอุตสาหกรรมอื่นได้ในอนาคต
