Results and Discussion: Present and interpret the research findings.
Conclusion: Summarize the main contributions of the paper.
Appendices (if any): Include supplementary information.
Acknowledgment (if any): Acknowledge contributions from others.
    References: List all cited works.
Author Biographies: A brief professional biography for each author.
    Detailed Formatting Instructions
    Font and Spacing:
Main Text: The body of the paper should be in 10-point Times New Roman font. The document utilizes a two-column layout with single-line spacing.
Title: The title is set in 17-point Times New Roman font, centered at the top of the first page.
Author Names: Author names are in 11-point Times New Roman.
Author Affiliations: Affiliations are in 10-point Times New Roman.
Abstract and Index Terms: The "Abstract" and "Index Terms" headings are in bold, followed by the content in regular 9-point font.

Major Section Headings (e.g., I. INTRODUCTION): These are in 10-point, small caps, and centered. Roman numerals are used for numbering (I, II, III, etc.).
Subsection Headings (e.g., A. Subsection Heading Here): These are in 10-point, italicized, and left-aligned. They are numbered with capital letters (A, B, C, etc.).
Sub-subsection Headings (e.g., 1) Subsubsection Heading Here): These are in 10-point, left-aligned, and numbered with Arabic numerals followed by a parenthesis.
  • Figures and Tables:
Captions: Figure and table captions should be in 8-point Times New Roman. Figure captions are placed below the figure, and table captions are placed above the table.
Numbering: Figures and tables should be numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals (e.g., Fig. 1, TABLE I).
  • References:
The heading for the "References" section should follow the style of the major section headings.
Citations in the text are enclosed in square brackets[1].
The reference list at the end of the document provides full details of each source.

The referencing style used in the provided document follows the standards set by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). This is a widely adopted format in technical fields like engineering and computer science. It is characterized by a numeric citation system and a corresponding numbered reference list.

    In-Text Citations
In IEEE style, sources are cited in the text using a number enclosed in square brackets, such as [1]. These numbers correspond to the full reference entry in the "REFERENCES" section.
Numbering: Sources are numbered sequentially in the order they first appear in the paper.
Placement: The citation number is placed within the sentence, typically before the punctuation. If you mention the author's name directly in the text, the citation number should follow the name.
Multiple Sources: When citing several sources at once, the numbers are separated by commas (e.g., [2], [7]).
Specific Page Numbers: To refer to a specific page or part of a source, you can include the page number within the brackets after the citation number (e.g., [1, p. 25]).

    The Reference List

At the end of the manuscript, a "REFERENCES" section lists all cited sources in numerical order.[4] The formatting for each entry depends on the source type. Based on the examples in your document, here is a breakdown:
    Book (Example)

The reference to H. Kopka and P. W. Daly's book demonstrates the standard format for citing a book.
Format: [#] F. M. Lastname, *Title of Book*, Nth ed. City of Publication, State/Country: Publisher, Year.[8]

    Analysis of Example:
    [1] The reference number.
    H. Kopka and P. W. Daly, Authors' initials and last names.
A Guide to BTEX, The book title in italics and title case.
    3rd ed. The edition number.
Harlow, England: City and country of publication.
    Addison-Wesley, The publisher.
    1999. The year of publication.

    Journal Article (Example)
The entry for J. Smith, M. Jones, and A. Williams illustrates how to cite a journal article.
Format: [#] F. M. Lastname, "Title of article," *Abbreviated Journal Title*, vol. x, no. x, pp. xxx-xxx, Month, Year.

    Analysis of Example:
    [2] The reference number.
    J. Smith, M. Jones, and A. Williams, Authors' names.
"A Novel Approach to Topic Modeling," The article title in quotation marks.
Journal of Machine Learning Research, The italicized and abbreviated title of the journal.
vol. 15, no. 5, The volume and issue number.
    pp. 123-156, The page range.
May 2014. The month and year of publication.

    Online Resource/Website (Example)
The citation for Google Dataset Search is an example of an online source.
Format: [#] Author (or Corporate Author), (Year, Month Day). *Title of Work*. [Online]. Available: URL

    Analysis of Example:
    [3] The reference number.
    Google, Inc. The corporate author.
(2023, Jan. 10). The publication date.
Google Dataset Search. The title of the online resource.
[Online]. Indicates that the source is from the internet.
Available: https://datasetsearch.research.google.com/ The URL where the source can be found.
  • Content of the Biography
Each biography should be a brief, professional summary. The standard format, as suggested by the placeholders in your document ("Michael Shell Biography text here," "John Doe Biography text here"), typically includes the following information in a narrative paragraph:

Full Name: Start with the author's full name.
Education: Mention their degrees (e.g., B.S., M.S., Ph.D.), the field of study, the granting institution, and the year of graduation.
Professional Experience: Briefly list key affiliations and positions held. This could include current and past employment at universities, research labs, or companies.
Research Interests: Outline their primary areas of research and professional interest.
Memberships and Awards (Optional but Recommended): Include memberships in professional organizations (like IEEE) and any significant awards or honors received.

    Example Biography:
FirstName LastName received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Example University, City, Country, in 2018, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science from Major University, City, Country, in 2020 and 2024, respectively. He is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute for Smart Systems. His research interests include deep reinforcement learning, traffic signal control, and intelligent transportation systems. Dr. LastName is a member of the IEEE.

    2. Author Photograph
Journals often require a professional headshot to accompany the biography.
Requirement: The placeholder text "PLACE PHOTO HERE" in your example file indicates that a photograph is expected for each author.
Specifications: While your file doesn't specify the exact format, journals typically require a high-resolution image. Common specifications include:
Dimensions: Often around 1 inch wide by 1.25 inches high (or a similar aspect ratio).
Resolution: 300 DPI (dots per inch) is a standard requirement for print quality.
Format: Usually a common image file type like .jpg, .png, or .tif.
Content: A professional, front-facing headshot with a neutral background.

    3. Formatting and Placement
Layout: In the two-column format of your document, the biographies are placed at the end of the paper, after the "Conclusion" and any "Appendices" or "Acknowledgments," but before the "References" section might sometimes be the case, though typically they follow the references. The sample document shows them appearing before the references.
Arrangement: The biographies should appear in the same order as the authors are listed at the beginning of the paper.
Style: The text should be formatted according to the journal's standard style (e.g., 10-point Times New Roman, matching the main body text). The author's name is typically in bold.

    Action Required:
You must collect a biography and a photograph from every single author of the paper and format them according to these guidelines to meet the "ALL BIOS ARE REQUIRED" instruction.
